I used to recommend BICI Maps. They produce downloadable software or SD cards (compatible with mini or full size) for newer Garmin GPS units, and also some Magellans. I
have use this product myself and have been very happy with it.
However a recent side by side comparison (2011) of Garmin's Mexico
maps & BICI has convinced me that Garmins are now better.
Furthermore they are included for free now with the North American
maps.
